As per the club formation charter guidelines provided by BOC, PSA office have been trying to develop respective sports with a formation of club cultural and discipline for better coordination and active participation to improve their skill performance.

The District Football League was conducted where the champions from Men's category was Team Falcon FC and Young FC from Women's Category. The champion team of men was formed as Phuentsholing City Football Club and participated in the Bhutan Premier League Qualifier but unfortunately couldn't qualify.
